Melinda founded BreakFree in 2005 after suffering the effects of illness and surgery throughout her youth. While modern medicine saved her life it did not improve the quality of it. Melinda left social work and traditional counselling and trained in energy techniques, soft tissue therapies and Theta healing. She also helped her clients to heal, not only their emotional and physical bodies, but both the spatial and practical elements of their day to day lives.

Melinda is a therapist with 20 years’ of experience in the provision of both traditional and alternative counselling, energy techniques and health services. Her Qualifications include Certificates and Diplomas in Reflexology, Theta, Reiki, Massage and Soft Tissue Therapies, and a Bachelor Degree in Humanities and Social Work. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.

Yes, Melinda offers 60-, 90- or 120-minute appointments and will tailor a mix of therapies to suit your particular needs.
Yes, Intuitive counselling/Theta appointments and (sometimes space clearing) are welcome via Zoom or by phone. This is particularly helpful for those who live at a distance. Melinda has clients all around Australia.
Yes, Melinda offers home visits for space clearing within Melbourne and some parts of Victoria. Melinda will also home visit aged/special need clients in the western suburbs who need Reflexology or soft tissue therapies.

A clinic session starts from $75 but depends on the therapy and the time of the session. Pricing is subject to change so if you would like a specific estimation, please make an enquiry HERE.

Unfortunately, not. As of April 2019, HICAPS or private health rebates are no longer possible.
